Edit: It works now. I believe it was my antivirus acting up previously.
Is the mod incompatible with windows 8.1? Every time I try to run the .exe file from within the nuclear throne folder, I get an error.
"This app can't run on your PC - To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher"
